Being Human

Now this... Being Human, a BBC series featuring a vamp, werewolf and a ghost is definately worth watching. It has a second series on the way, no mean feat given the usual fate of most things featuring vampires. News today that our american friends will get the chance to watch here, at Vampire Cafe, and here is what Taliesin thought of it. has disappointing news that the proposed Castlevania film has died a death once again.

Yahoo has made the first 5 minutes of "Blood: The last Vampire" available to watch online.

News of another Dracula film now... Albert Serra is reported to be turning his hand to a Bram Stoker remake here.

Aurora University is to start doing a course on Vampires... far more worthwhile than trying to wade through advanced computer science thoery, believe me!

The Rap Sheet has a piece on Bram Sotker's Dracula and the upcoming sequel by descendant Dacre Stoker called "Dracula : The Un-dead"

New Zealand site has a good interview with Guillermo Del Toro here, as he talks about his new release "The Strain"

Fang-tastic books has a review of "Love Fang" by Susan Blexrud here

Martzreviewz blog has a review of "Some girls bite" by Chloe Neill here.

I need a True Blood section today, lots of stories about.
The California Chronicle has news of more fake adverts for vampires, in the build up to True Blood Season 2, June 14th. "Feel the wind in your fangs" is a good line... has a piece on author of the Sookie Stackhouse novels that became true Blood here.

Need to see more clips of Season 2 and cant wait a few more weeks? HBO has released some more promo snippets of the new series here, thanks to BuddyTV for publishing.
